Centrally located and easily accessible, it’s the perfect place for a unique summer event or a memorable celebration. The Shore is available for exclusive hire throughout the summer season (June – September) and bespoke packages are carefully crafted to meet your needs.

The Gauger’s Inn
Step back in time and enjoy the rustic charm off this traditional Irish pub. The lights are low, the open fires roar and the hospitality is one-of-a-kind. The Gauger’s Inn is available for exclusive hire with a capacity of 85 guests (standing and seated).

Here at Sound of the Shore, we pride ourselves on crafting memorable events to suit your needs. As every booking will differ, please get in touch for a personalised quote. We do not charge a hire fee for The Gauger’s Inn for groups of more than 60 people but we do require a deposit to secure the booking.

Is there a licensed bar on The Shore?

Unfortunately due to licensing laws, we cannot operate a licensed bar on The Shore for private events. If you wish to serve alcohol at your event, a corkage fee will be payable. Alternatively, we do have a fully licensed bar at The Gauger’s Inn, only a short distance away from The Shore.
